The Help Room
The Help Room is a free, confidential service provided by Tri-County S.P.E.A.K.S. This chat room is completely anonymous and ideal for survivors who are not ready for face-to-face support. This is a weekly opportunity to chat with a trauma-informed advocate and receive emotional support and information on helpful resources. The Help Room meets every Wednesday from 12pm-1pm.
